By downloading or using SubLyst, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease usage and uninstall the application.
Scope of Service
SubLyst is a personal utility tool for tracking financial subscriptions. We provide the software architecture; we do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the SubLyst application (including code, design, and trademarks) remain the exclusive property of the developer.
Your Responsibilities
Google Drive Integration
While SubLyst facilitates synchronization with your Google Drive, you are solely responsible for maintaining the security and health of your Google account. We are not liable for data loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Google account or the deletion of the drive.appdata folder by the user.
Prohibited Conduct
- Reverse engineering or decompiling the app.
- Using the app for any illegal financial activities.
- Interfering with the security of the API bridge.
- Automated scraping or data harvesting.
Limitation of Liability
The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
Financial Disclaimer
The developer is not liable for missed subscription payments, late fees, or financial inaccuracies. Users are responsible for manually verifying their financial data and renewal dates.
No Liability for Data Loss
In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the loss of data.
